What is LottoMatik?

A strategic partner of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) dedicated to improving the Philippine lottery experience. By leveraging a handheld device, LottoMatik brings convenience and efficiency to lottery ticket sales, streamlining the purchasing process for players nationwide.

What are the requirements to become an agent?

a.) Latest NBI Clearance or Proof of Business (Business Permit, DTI Registration, Barangay Business Certificate)
b.) One (1) valid government-issued ID (National ID, UMID, Passport, etc.)
c.) Registered address

Is a bond required for participation in the program?

Yes. A refundable bond of PHP 5,000.00 is required per play device as a security deposit to cover potential agreement breaches. The bond will be refunded after participation ends, subject to deductions for any breaches or outstanding obligations.

Do we receive certification or proof of accreditation from DFNN?

Yes, a license to operate, duly acknowledged by PCSO, will be provided.

What are the responsibilities of an agent?

Agents are responsible for distributing tickets to players accordingly, collecting and maintaining ticket payments, verifying customers' ticket information, staying updated on draw results, and paying prizes worth PHP 10,000.00 and below.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes.
a.) Maintain a 100-meter walking distance from an existing PCSO outlet.
b.) Devices must be kept within close proximity of the registered address during operational hours.

How much does the package cost?

The package costs PHP 50,000.00 and includes the following:
- LottoMatik Starter Kit
- Device
- Thermal Paper
- Marketing Materials
- PHP 20,000.00 pre-funded credits
- PHP 5,000.00 cash bond

What commission will I receive as an agent?

- 4% commission on lotto games sales
- 2.6% commission on digit games sales
- 0.5% commission on jackpot winning ticket
Commissions are credited to your LottoMatik wallet real-time.

Are we allowed to sell tickets 24/7?

Yes, you may sell tickets 24/7. LottoMatik's customer service is available around the clock.

How is training provided?

Upon onboarding, agents undergo a comprehensive training program that discusses the device, its specifications, and its features. Additionally, the training covers the distribution of tickets to players, checking of draw results, validating of tickets, and implementation of PCSO’s rules for agents and players.

How are winnings handled?

Low-tier prizes [up to PHP 10,000.00] are directly paid by the agent. Upon validation, the winning ticket and its holder will receive a prize from the agent. DFNN will then credit the commission wallet to reimburse the agent for the payout real-time.
